In order to facilitateafter-sales service, we establish tracking table for products in time and reserverecords of visits and phone calls given to the customers. We fill out CustomerInformation Feedback Form timely according to program documents and announce itmonthly, so as to consolidate quality awareness and service consciousness ofthe workforce.

        Concerning cold light source series of lightfixtures manufactured by our company, after-sales service of HZY promise to dothe following with earnest.

        1、Products sold are brand new and unused, whichfully conforms to quality, standard and performance requirements as specified.

        2、Any quality problem occurs within warrantyperiod, we are responsible for maintaining and exchanging the purchase free ofcharge.

        3、Under conditions of normal operation andmaintenance, products sold possess qualified performance during their servicelife.

        4、We will bear all the loss due to spare parts weprovided within warranty period.

        5、Priority is given to the supply of spare partsthat customers need.

        6、Pay a visit to customers regularly, providetechnical support and training on product maintenance that customers need.
